Dr. Tashekah Smith is an outstanding Clinical Psychologist with an in-depth background in human and cultural diversity issues, offering mental health treatment services to those in need as well as co-leading a substance abuse program to assist those impacted by opioid overuse/abuse.

 

She takes an approach to therapy that centers on helping her patients find hope, meaning, and purpose in life. She firmly believes that everyone can recover and reach wellness regardless of circumstances or challenges they are faced with.

 

She is also an engaged member of her community beyond clinical practice. She serves as President of the Delaware Valley Association of Black Psychologists, where she strives to promote mental well-being among Black communities across Delaware Valley. Furthermore, she serves as a religious group leader focusing on community engagement and aid when needed.
